The Fit4

Less Region Manager will oversee club performances in the Edmonton area and beyond. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and member satisfaction through effective staff training and compliance with company standards. Regular travel and club visits are integral to maintaining operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure daily cleanliness and operational expectations at clubs

• Facilitate club manager meetings and training calls

• Identify solutions for operational issues and member concerns

• Assist with financial planning and budget management

• Champion recruitment and ongoing development of staff

Requirements:

• University degree or college diploma preferred

• Minimum two years in a management role

• Success in leading and motivating teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency required
