Position: Budzey Studios Program Manager Role
Make a difference as the Studios Program Manager at Rain City Housing’s Budzey. Your leadership will be vital in managing operations and developing policies to support vulnerable families.

In this temporary, full-time position, you will oversee program implementation while ensuring alignment with our commitment to social equity. Collaborating closely with the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting the well-being of women and their families experiencing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily management of the Studios Program

• Create and revise operational policies and practices

• Recruit and assess the performance of program staff

• Foster community connections to enhance program goals

• Engage in after-hours on-call responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• B.A. in health-related field or similar experience

• 4 years of experience with at-risk women

• 1-year minimum in a supervisory role

• Current First Aid and CPR certifications

• Possess a Class 5 driver’s license
