Project Design Associate, Mechanical Engineering

Be an integral part of Introba’s team as a Project Design Associate focusing on mechanical engineering. This role involves supervising staff and ensuring high-quality design outcomes while coordinating across teams.

In this position, you will manage and oversee the Project Design Team's workflow and performance ular interactions with team members will aid in problem-solving, while workload forecasting will ensure project demands are met effectively. You will also represent the company professionally in client meetings and associations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide performance criteria and feedback for design staff

• Meet with the team to identify and address challenges

• Support workload forecasts and project analysis with Marketing

• Train design staff to ensure process continuity

• Implement quality control measures and improve service

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design

• 5-10 years of site inspections and attendance at meetings

• Strong knowledge of the BC Building Code

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience

• Leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills
