SSA Recruitment is working with a well-known general contractor in Vancouver to recruit a Project Manager. This role entails overseeing tenant improvement projects throughout Metro Vancouver, ensuring all aspects from preconstruction to closeout are handled proficiently. Your experience and skills in managing budgets and client engagements are crucial for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage entire project life cycle from preconstruction through closeout
• Ensure accurate budgeting and scheduling across projects
• Foster client and stakeholder relationships
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams effectively
• Address tenant improvement guidelines and requisites
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of project management experience with BC GC
• Focus on commercial tenant improvements
• Familiarity with City of Vancouver projects
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project
• Exceptional client management abilities
