In this key leadership role, you'll provide direction and oversight to a talented team of vendor consultants at Allstate Canada Group. You will analyze performance metrics, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in vendor processes. Your negotiation skills will be crucial for resolving conflicts and driving the team's efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze data to identify cost-reduction opportunities
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding of vendors
• Evaluate vendor management processes for improvements
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers
• Establish KPIs to monitor vendor performance
Requirements:
• 5-7 years in Auto Vendor Management
• 5-7 years in people management in insurance
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and Tableau
• Knowledge of Claims Best Practices and relevant software
