Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop talent within the Commercial Lines team

• Approve and track department-wide metrics and targets

• Foster relationships with clients and underwriters

• Guide monthly team meetings and training initiatives

• Ensure compliance and service standards through audits

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in commercial insurance

• Must possess a RIBO license or equivalent

• Preferred CAIB, CIP, or CRM designations

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Experience with customer service excellence
