lululemon seeks an Environment Manager to lead their Responsible Supply Chain team. This pivotal role requires a blend of sustainability expertise and strong leadership skills to foster environmental engagement among global partners. If you possess experience in environmental assessment and supplier management, you’ll play a critical role in achieving lululemon’s sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead vendor engagement and environmental assessments across global facilities

• Develop and evolve a comprehensive global facility engagement strategy

• Integrate climate, water, waste, and nature programs for cohesive supplier experiences

• Establish performance tracking processes and KPIs to inform decisions

• Collaborate with internal teams to embed environmental impact in sourcing strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field

• 8+ years of global supply chain or environmental program experience

• 3+ years of team leadership experience

• Strong expertise in facility-level environmental assessments

• Proven analytical and data management skills
