Director of Client Onboarding at CIBC

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an onboarding and service team focused on client experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations

• Facilitate consultations with the Cash Management Sales Team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of leadership in relationship management

• Experience with commercial clients involving Cash Management

• Strong understanding of risk management and banking standards

• Proven coaching and team-building skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
