Our client, a reputable international mining consultancy, is launching operations in Canada and needs an experienced Vice-President. You will oversee strategy, attract clients, manage P&L, and lead a hybrid team. This role requires hands-on technical involvement, ensuring revenue generation and project oversight across diverse mining disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Win new clients and develop a robust pipeline

• Manage Canadian operation P&L effectively

• Stay technically engaged while generating consulting revenue

• Lead a hybrid team of consultants and subcontractors

• Represent the firm and align with the Global Board

Requirements:

• 15+ years of Canadian mining experience

• Senior leadership and consulting/advisory background

• Proven track record in business development

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

• P.Eng. or P.Geo registration required
