The Men’s Recovery Supervisor provides leadership for the daily operations of the Men’s Recovery Program and supervision of the Recovery Coaching Team. Working closely with the Recovery Manager, this role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centred care through effective staff supervision, coaching, scheduling, and program oversight with and best practice approaches aligned with ALR policies. The Supervisor supports the development and implementation of individualized Personal Service Plans, fosters a Christ-centred and collaborative team culture, maintains strong community partnerships, and promotes effective communication between staff and leadership.
The position also contributes to program development, staff and volunteer support, and the spiritual health and overall success of participants and the recovery team.

. The starting range for this position is $31.92 to $34.88 per hour.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- In conjuncture with the Men’s Recovery Manager, Oversee the daily operations of the Men’s Recovery Program, ensuring consistent, high-quality participant care.
- Supervise, coach, and support Recovery Coaches through regular one-on-ones, case consultations, scheduling, on-call support, and performance management.
- Ensure Personal Service Plans are developed and implemented using trauma-informed, person-centred best practices.
- Build strong relationships with participants and provide support in conflict resolution, crisis situations, and discharges.
- Assist with staff recruitment, onboarding, training, spiritual development, and annual performance reviews.
- Provide leadership and support to casual staff, practicum students, and volunteers.
- Coordinate staffing, volunteer involvement, and program coverage to meet operational needs.
- Maintain quality standards in case management, documentation, and program delivery.
- Assist with program planning, evaluation, special projects, and the development of new initiatives.
- When needed, facilitate staff meetings, workshops, devotionals, team-building activities, and special events.
- Assist with participant graduation planning and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, recovery centres, housing providers, and other service agencies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between staff, leadership, and community stakeholders.
- Support the development of program vision, culture, and spiritual health in partnership with the Recovery Manager.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
