At CONNECT Partners, we believe extraordinary outcomes for the people we support begin with extraordinary teams.

We're looking for a collaborative, values-driven leader who will help create a workplace where employees thrive, leaders grow, and our values are lived every day.

As our Leader of Culture, People & Services
, you'll help shape the culture, people practices and day-to-day operations of CONNECT Partners, while working alongside an experienced leadership team to build something exceptional.

About CONNECT Partners

CONNECT Partners is an innovative health resource created specifically to support people moving out of institutional settings into their own homes in community. CONNECT Partners supports up to 44 individuals in a mix of 6-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 1-bedroom apartments within the luxury Cambie Gardens apartments.

CONNECT Partners is a community of passionate, purpose-driven people guided by a coaching approach to support individuals living with complex disabilities and health needs. The team wraps support around the individual to help them redesign their lives in community, away from institutional care.

Guided by our Life Redesign Model™, we believe every person has the right to live a life filled with meaning and connection.

You'll work alongside the Service Access & Transitions Leader and the Wellness Integration Coach
, each bringing expertise in complementary areas of responsibility. Together, you will provide integrated leadership for the site, with shared accountability for the success of our people, our services and our organization.

All three leadership roles report to the Director, Leading Practice & Life Redesign
, creating an integrated leadership structure grounded in collaboration, shared accountability and continuous improvement.

About the Role

The Leader of Culture, People & Services provides operational leadership while creating an exceptional employee experience.

You'll be a visible, approachable leader who builds culture through everyday interactions, develops people through coaching, strengthens operational systems, and ensures CONNECT Partners remains a place where both employees and the people we support can thrive.

What You'll Do

People & Culture

  • Build an engaged, inclusive and values-driven workplace.
  • Coach and develop leaders and employees.
  • Foster employee engagement, accountability and continuous learning.
  • Champion CONNECT's values through your everyday leadership.

Workforce & Employee Experience

  • Support workforce planning, attendance and performance development.
  • Partner with union representatives to foster positive labour relations.
  • Champion leadership development, succession planning and employee recognition.
  • Help create an exceptional employee experience from recruitment through ongoing career development.

Operations & Quality

  • Provide leadership for day-to-day operations.
  • Steward financial and physical resources responsibly.
  • Strengthen systems, processes and continuous improvement.
  • Support compliance with legislation, licensing and organizational standards.
  • Ensure services reflect CONNECT's values and Life Redesign Model™.
  • Partner closely with the Service Access & Transitions Leader and Wellness Integration Coach to provide integrated site leadership.
  • Participate in organizational initiatives and cross-site improvement.
  • Share ideas, solve problems collaboratively, and help shape the future of CONNECT.

About You

You'll likely bring:

  • Leadership experience in healthcare, community or human services.
  • A collaborative and relationship-centred leadership style.
  • Experience developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong coaching, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.
  • Sound operational and financial management experience.
