Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking a Project Manager I to join their System Strategy & Quality Analytics Team. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services or Business Administration with 5-7 years of relevant project management experience. The successful candidate will facilitate project deliverables, engage stakeholders, and provide leadership to project staff across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned projects ensuring timely, budget-friendly results

• Coordinate stakeholder communication and consensus building

• Guide and support project staff through various initiatives

• Negotiate contracts with consultants and vendors

• Implement process improvements and strategic recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields

• 5-7 years of project management experience

• Current registration with applicable professional College/Association

• Excellent communication abilities in complex environments

• Strong computer literacy in project management tools
