Job Description Summary

The Supply Chain Project Manager will oversee projects within a Global Supply Chain program portfolio, including cross-functional transformations, new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted efforts across geographies and locations. This role will partner with leadership across the strategic PMO portfolio to plan, design, and deliver project milestones while supporting business priorities tied to growth, guest service, and cost improvements.

his engagement sits within a Global Supply Chain project portfolio and focuses on leading medium-to-high complexity initiatives across multiple functions. The role goes beyond traditional project coordination and includes helping implement new ways of working across teams and functions.

The project environment includes cross-functional transformation work, PMO leadership partnership, coordination with technology stakeholders, and oversight of third-party partners where needed. Operations or consulting experience will be valuable, and experience in the apparel industry or supply chain environment may also be helpful.

Tasks and Deliverables
  • Manage a large, medium-to-high complexity project or multiple smaller concurrent projects within a specific Global Supply Chain portfolio.
  • Partner with PMO leadership to build detailed project plans and charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Monitor project performance against plan using milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
  • Provide line-of-sight to PMO and functional leadership on issues, risks, and required decisions across project work streams.
  • Maintain consolidated resource and timeline views across the project.
  • Manage tracking for project budget, change requests, and intake management.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, better leverage resources, and increase capital efficiency.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters covering scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, and risks.
  • Assist in implementing and disseminating effective project management practices across functions, including processes, tools, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with the Technology organization to ensure delivery of defined business capabilities and value within project scope.
  • Collaborate with and oversee third-party partners based on project scope of service requirements.
  • Develop presentation content and support executive-level updates and business reviews.
  • Establish, evaluate, and maintain project management performance standards to support delivery targets and ongoing cost improvement.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution across Global Supply Chain teams.
Required experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a technical field.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field.
  • Experience managing medium-to-high complexity cross-functional projects.
  • Experience building project plans, charters, milestones, and dependency sequencing.
  • Experience tracking project performance through KPIs, budgets, risks, and change requests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work across PMO, technology, and business stakeholder groups.
  • Located in Vancouver and being able to work in office 2-3 days a week.
Nice to have
  • MBA or other Master’s degree.
  • Experience in project management within consumer supply chain operations.
  • Operations or consulting experience focused on implementing new ways of working.
  • Knowledge of the apparel industry or supply chain.
