Teck Resources seeks a seasoned Manager MOS Design to lead the design, development and application of Teck's Management Operating System across sites. You will guide a small team, align design priorities with deployment plans, and collaborate with sites, corporate teams and consultants.
You will champion practical, scalable MOS standards, manage audits, roadmaps and change initiatives, and mentor MOS leaders to embed robust operating principles across Teck's global operations.
