Reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering, you will manage a skilled team focused on understanding the technical needs of our major customers. Collaborating closely with regional sales directors, you will ensure that your team delivers exceptional value and maintains strong relationships with account teams in the Central US region. This role emphasizes leadership combined with hands-on technical engagement in cloud security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Solutions Engineers

• Collaborate with sales and product teams for operational excellence

• Drive account management objectives through Salesforce

• Conduct risk-based security assessments and frameworks

• Mentor and develop regionally-focused Solutions Engineers

Requirements:

• Proven cloud security experience with AWS, Azure, GCP

• Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks

• Background in network engineering and virtual machines

• Familiarity with SaaS selling techniques

• Understanding of CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code
