• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and project timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resources, and timelines, while effectively communicating these plans to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to align project goals with overall business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.
• Facilitate regular project meetings with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and that expenditures remain within approved limits.
• Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting open communication, encouraging innovative ideas, and recognizing team contributions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining a focus on safety and sustainability.
• Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, manage documentation, and streamline communication among team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for future projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client expectations are met and that any concerns are addressed promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the mining or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company environment.
• Knowledge of mining industry regulations and standards.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
