JOB SUMMARY:

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Parks and Recreation. The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall management and coordination of maintenance operations within the Parks & Recreation Department. This includes providing leadership, scheduling, and directions to staff, while overseeing the daily upkeep of all facilities. This role ensures facilities are clean, safe, and fully functional for community use by managing resources, assigning staff, and developing and implementing maintenance plans while ensuring safety standards are followed.

The supervisor oversees preventative and corrective maintenance, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of resources to support smooth operations across all parks and recreational facilities.

Wage: $31.43 - $39.29/hr - Contract
