Position: Finance Director at Select Wines

In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial health of Select Wines, overseeing budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Your leadership will guide a team of accounting professionals, ensuring compliance and implementing innovative accounting practices. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide financial KPIs and actionable insights to the executive team

• Manage accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems for compliance

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Direct month-end processes and accounts payable/receivable

• Implement internal controls and efficient accounting practices
Requirements:

• Experience as a Senior Controller or Finance Director

• Hands-on approach in a dynamic financial role

• Knowledge of multi-entity or intercompany environments

• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central

• Strong communication skills across teams
