Clio is in search of a seasoned engineering leader for the Director of Engineering position. This role focuses on building a secure internal platform that supports Clio's business transformation. You'll work closely with various departments, directly handle technical challenges, and guide engineering managers to foster talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage Clio's internal platform and infrastructure
• Identify and resolve platform strengths and weaknesses
• Collaborate to evolve internal strategies for LLM utilization
• Mentor engineering managers and support their professional growth
• Train teams on effective usage of the internal platform
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in engineering management
