Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day community relations activities

• Supervise community engagement and investment initiatives

• Lead sustainability compliance reporting and training

• Facilitate meetings with government and community stakeholders

• Develop communication materials for external stakeholders
Requirements:

• Degree in sustainability or related field

• 8-10 years in community relations within mining

• Strong knowledge of social compliance and ESG

• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills

• Proven experience in project management
