Water Treatment Plant Supervisor

BQE Water Inc. is expanding with exciting opportunities for experienced Plant Supervisors across Canada. This role involves overseeing water treatment operations and team management at multiple sites.

We are looking for skilled professionals with at least three years of experience in industrial operations. Strong leadership, effective communication, and knowledge of water treatment processes are essential for success. The position may require travel and offers valuable off-season training and project development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily plant operations and activities

• Supervise and mentor operating staff and Junior Process Engineers

• Implement onboarding training plans for site staff

• Identify and pursue operational improvement initiatives

• Analyze treatment plant performance and report insights

Requirements:

• Minimum three years in technical plant operations

• Water treatment experience and certifications preferred

• Related degree in engineering or similar field

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and technical documentation

• Strong multitasking and communication skills
