Arcadis is currently hiring a Utilities Discipline Manager for its Mobility Global Business Area. This senior role requires leading a team in planning and executing comprehensive utility design and relocation projects. You will apply your technical skills while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage utility design and project coordination for infrastructure

• Guide project planning and execution from concept to completion

• Develop and review technical documentation, reports, and designs

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards

• Foster relationships with clients and lead business development efforts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, P.Eng. designation preferred

• 10+ years of utility design and management experience

• Strong knowledge of CAD and design software

• Proven mentorship and team leadership capabilities

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
