In this essential role, you will oversee Continuous Improvement efforts under Aecon's Building Smarter program. Responsibilities include implementing lean construction practices and facilitating collaboration to enhance operational efficiency. Engage closely with teams to promote and effectively utilize CI tools across all projects, especially for the Darlington New Nuclear Project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee CI program elements

• Facilitate training and workshops on CI tools

• Manage and direct project-based CI teams

• Coordinate cross-project improvement activities

• Develop and present CI training materials

Requirements:

• Engineering or Business Administration degree

• Lean Greenbelt certification required;
Black Belt preferred

• 5+ years in lean construction application

• Experience in project execution and coordination

• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities
