We are hiring a Junior Campaign Manager to join our rapidly growing agency in Vancouver, BC. This full-time leadership-track position is ideal for motivated individuals seeking an entry-to-mid-level management role with structured career progression, client management experience, and hands-on team leadership opportunities from day one.
As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will bridge campaign strategy and field execution across a diverse client portfolio- including retail, commercial services, tech, and consumer brands. You will oversee daily campaign performance, mentor entry-level marketing teams, and drive audience engagement initiatives throughout Metro Vancouver.
In this cross-functional leadership role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across Vancouver. You will conduct site visits, oversee daily campaign operations, and work directly with client stakeholders to align messaging with revenue goals. Acting as a core campaign lead, you will track key performance indicators (KPIs), mentor team members on best practices, manage run-of-show schedules for campaign activations, and report outcome analytics to senior leadership.
