As the Director, you will lead operational strategies and initiatives for the Office of Research in the Faculty of Medicine. Working closely with senior administration, your focus will be on enhancing research governance, managing funding applications, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will facilitate collaboration across departments and drive the office's mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement operational changes to enhance research effectiveness

• Manage faculty funding initiatives and awards

• Liaise with stakeholders for research coordination

• Develop internal and external reports for leadership

• Supervise research administration staff and students

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in a relevant field highly preferred

• Experience managing complex relationships in academia

• Strong project management and communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities

• Passion for promoting diversity and equity in research
