Key Responsibilities:

• Guide sorting activities and coordinate staff workloads

• Mentor and train employees in safe package handling

Requirements:

• Two years supervisory experience in a related field

• 2 years of sort operations experience preferred

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history

• Strength to lift and manage significant package weights

• Strong planning and analytical capabilities
