This role as Account Director focuses on delivering a comprehensive suite of facility management services. You’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance, operational expertise, and a strong client focus. Your leadership will guide teams through complex project management challenges while enhancing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach teams to meet service-level agreements
• Manage financial plans and profitability for accounts
• Oversee maintenance programs with a proactive approach
• Foster strong client relationships with regular audits
• Innovate solutions by collaborating with subject matter experts
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 to 10 years in facilities operations
• Relevant degree or trade qualifications preferred
• Strong background in P&L management and governance
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Authorized to work in Canada without visa needs
