Position: Definity Claims Leadership Role
Take charge as a Claims Team Leader at Definity, guiding a team of Claims Representatives in a hybrid work setting. Drive efficiency and high-quality service in automobile and property claims.

In this leadership role, you will motivate your team to deliver exceptional claims handling while monitoring operational performance. Your duties encompass coaching, performance feedback, and identifying growth opportunities through training. Additionally, you will collaborate with the National SIU Investigations Team to enhance investigation strategies and process improvements for fraud management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations and team performance

• Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members

• Conduct audits on claims files and offer constructive feedback

• Develop training opportunities and process improvements

• Oversee team budgeting and expenses

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant college diploma

• 5+ years in Accident Benefits, specifically with a fraud focus

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong adaptability to changing environments
