In this senior role, you will lead the regional Valuations and Advisory Services platform while honing your expertise in commercial real estate. You’ll take ownership of the regional P&L, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and develop strategic initiatives that foster market growth. Champion quality assurance and risk management while leveraging your talent recruitment and client relationship building skills to enhance service delivery across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Valuations & Advisory Services business strategy

• Own P&L performance, budget, and resource decisions

• Acquire and expand key client relationships

• Recruit and develop top-tier talent for the team

• Champion innovative practices and technology adoption

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline

• 12 to 15 years of relevant commercial real estate experience

• AACI designation required

• Proven leadership in valuations and advisory services

• Knowledge of CUSPAP and market research practices
