The Manager, RBT2 Program Integration
, is responsible for providing leadership to the integration of the complex multi-disciplinary work streams and sub-projects within the RBT2 program. Reporting to the President, RBT2, the position works collaboratively with workstream managers and project directors to ensure transparent identification, communication and successful management of cross-workstream interdependencies. This includes leading the development of integrated execution plans, with particular emphasis on schedule and risk management, and monitoring and reporting on program performance relative to approved baselines, to enable proactive planning and allocation of resources in support of advancing the program.

Success Looks Like
  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of integrated program management deliverables, including schedules, risk registers, charters, execution plans, decision logs, and governance reporting plans.
  • Develop and implement program integration and governance processes that align and coordinate multiple work streams and sub-projects.
  • Create and maintain integrated program schedules, look-ahead plans, and reporting frameworks to support approvals, decision-making, and program execution.
  • Monitor program performance against approved baselines and provide regular reporting, analysis, and recommendations to governance bodies.
  • Lead program-level risk management activities, including identifying, assessing, documenting, and mitigating risks across all work streams and interfaces.
  • Oversee schedule control and change management processes, ensuring updates are coordinated, auditable, and aligned with program objectives.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with consultants, proponents, project partners, stakeholders, and other parties involved in program delivery.
  • Support the RBT2 President by identifying and mitigating tactical uncertainties that could impact procurement implementation, project advancement, or program outcomes.
