The Job

The Marketing Communications Specialist is a strategic communications partner responsible for shaping and amplifying our brand voice, driving engagement, and delivering measurable results across PR, content marketing, and digital advertising channels. This role combines creative storytelling, data-informed strategy, and project leadership, making it ideal for someone with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and who thrives at the intersection of content, communications, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Content

  • Develop, research, and craft compelling internal and external communications across diverse channels, including print, corporate sites, intranet, videos, presentations, and press materials.

  • Lead content marketing initiatives to support partner engagement, acquisition, and brand awareness.

  • Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform future strategy.

  • Digital Marketing & Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns that promote content marketing efforts and drive measurable results.

  • Monitor digital performance, audience engagement, and competitive trends to ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, leveraging data to maximize ROI.

  • Brand Management & Corporate Profile

  • Act as a brand steward across all communication channels, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and messaging.

  • Own earned media strategy and execution, including proactive media pitching, relationship management with key outlets, and leveraging coverage to amplify content marketing and brand visibility.

  • Education

    Completion of a university degree or the equivalent in a related field such as communications, journalism, or similar.

    Experience

    5+ years' experience in organizational communications, developing and executing strategic communication plans.
