We are now looking for a marketing leader who will reinforce Kryton’s position as a leader in the concrete industry, who will help us craft our corporate strategy as part of the Kryton executive team and who will lead our marketing department to drive our global go-to-market strategy.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Kryton International, a highly respected and successful world innovator in concrete waterproofing and durability solutions, is seeking a new HEAD OF MARKETING. Reporting directly to the President and CEO, this Leadership role has a seat at the executive table and will play a key role in developing our global corporate strategy, focused on our industry leading waterproofing technology as well as launching innovative new technology related to low carbon concrete and smart sensor technology.

Leading the marketing team and working in lockstep with the sales team, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of Kryton’s global marketing and demand generation programs, with a focus on driving high quality leads, exceeding pipeline, and revenue goals, and driving brand awareness for Kryton solutions within the global concrete and construction sector.

THE

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical and data-driven marketing leader, who can not only “get stuff done’ but also build and coach to team to excellence, engage and influence at the executive team level with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and leading high-performance marketing teams. They are highly strategic with the ability to move to tactical execution while maintaining a focus on strategic priorities.

They have demonstrated experience of partnering with sales and sales leadership on campaigns driving revenue growth. The Head of Marketing sets the tone for the Company’s corporate and product messaging, delivering a compelling value proposition and driving demand for the array of Smart Concrete products.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for marketing strategy and budgets, demand generation, content and marketing communications, channel marketing, brand/PR, metrics and KPI, employee development and leadership.
