As we continue transforming our brand and expanding our Canadian presence, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing leader to make a meaningful impact. You will shape national marketing strategy, collaborate with global teams, and play a key role in driving the future of an iconic retail brand.

Location: Vancouver, BC / Toronto, ON

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Canadian marketing strategy aligned with global priorities

• Manage PR, media, partnerships, influencers, and local agencies

• Oversee events, sponsorships, and experiential activations

• Lead the Canadian retail marketing calendar, including store openings and seasonal campaigns

• Analyse campaign performance and present insights to senior leadership

• Conduct store visits to ensure brand consistency and identify growth opportunities

What You Bring

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a senior or local market leadership role

• Strong understanding of Canadian consumers, digital marketing, and media landscapes

• Experience across PR, partnerships, events, and retail marketing

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

• Proven experience managing budgets and agencies
