A local community church in Vancouver seeks a full-time Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries to provide pastoral leadership. The ideal candidate will engage youth and young adults in a multicultural setting, focusing on relationship-building and spiritual development. Responsibilities include creating programs for youth and young adults, supporting volunteer leaders, and collaborating with families. A theological degree is required, and fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

This position values relational over program-driven ministry and seeks an active member of the church.
