In this role, you will directly assist the Membership Success and Events Manager to ensure seamless event preparation, attendee experience, and volunteer coordination. Your responsibilities include logistical support for both pre-conference and on-site tasks, ultimately contributing to impactful gathering experiences for housing advocates. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate volunteer training and logistics management
• Manage registration processes including payment collections
• Assist in on-site volunteer supervision and attendee inquiries
• Compile and report on volunteer experiences post-event
• Aid in organizing conference materials and delegate communications
Requirements:
• Mandatory completion of post-secondary education
• Required experience in conferences or community events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with CRM software is beneficial
• Strong skills in organization and communication a must
