Position: Grants Management Specialist for LDS Nonprofit
Support Learn. Develop. Succeed.'s mission as a Grants Management Specialist. This role is based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for hybrid or remote options.

In this temporary full-time role, you will collaborate with the Executive Director to manage grant proposals and enhance supporter relationships. Responsibilities include researching funding sources and drafting comprehensive reports. This position is crucial for furthering educational initiatives for individuals facing learning challenges like dyslexia and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of grant applications and follow-up

• Conduct research on foundations and funding partners

• Collaborate with communications and finance teams

• Track deliverables and manage fundraising data

• Create reports to assess fundraising success

Requirements:

• Degree in communications or similar field

• Minimum of 2 years in grant writing and fundraising

• Exceptional writing and organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and donor databases

• Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass background checks
