Join Hogan’s Alley Society as a Project Coordinator for the CLT & Equitable Land Reform Project (Part-Time). Play a vital role in enhancing community engagement and ownership strategies.
In this part-time role, the Project Coordinator will support the launch and growth of the Equitable Land Reform Project while collaborating with Black-led organizations. Your focus will be on project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and advancing actionable strategies that promote equity in land ownership systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement the project work plan with set timelines
• Coordinate community engagement activities and feedback sessions
• Engage with partners to foster meaningful collaborations
• Manage outreach initiatives and event logistics
• Preserve organized project documentation and records
Requirements:
• Three or more years in project coordination
• Strong experience in community organizing and development
• Knowledge of racial equity in housing and ownership
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience in facilitating workshops and public events
