Raymond James Philanthropy Manager

As a critical player in advancing Raymond James' mission, you will oversee the workplace giving programs that empower employee participation and strengthen community ties. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time role includes program development, operational management, and relationship building with charity partners. We seek an organized and passionate leader devoted to driving positive societal change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and assess national giving initiatives and programs

• Administer compliance and timely execution of all initiatives

• Analyze program data for trends and improvements

• Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Coordinate events to promote community engagement

Requirements:

• 7+ years in non-profit or corporate social responsibility

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Proven ability to inspire community partnerships

• Experience with Canadian charitable regulations

• Familiarity with technology platforms for program management
