This challenging role involves effective coordination of volunteer activities and student placements. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support volunteer recruitment and selection

• Match volunteers with organizational needs effectively

• Plan and implement recognition initiatives for volunteers

• Manage student placement requests in collaboration with schools

• Promote community engagement through outreach programs

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in a relevant discipline

• 3-5 years experience in a related role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Proven ability to foster partnerships in community settings

• Understanding of Jewish traditions and values preferred
