Seva Canada seeks a driven Philanthropy Manager to focus on growing monthly giving and mid-level donor engagement. This hybrid role offers opportunities to connect with passionate supporters and make an impact.
In this position, you will take the lead in managing relationships with mid-level donors and refining the monthly giving program. Your focus on building meaningful connections will enable Seva Canada to expand its support base and strengthen its mission of restoring sight in communities worldwide. You will work collaboratively with various teams to enhance donor value and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee mid-level donor relationships
• Implement strategies for monthly giving growth
• Create engagement opportunities for existing donors
• Collaborate on donor communication strategies
• Manage data records and reporting accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in fundraising or donor relations
• Strong storytelling and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with CRM systems experience
• Expertise in managing multiple projects efficiently
• Passion for international development aligned with Seva's goals
