This managerial role involves comprehensive oversight of Salal’s Victim Services and Volunteer Programs, ensuring that services align with the organizational mission and meet the needs of marginalized communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the Victim Services and Volunteer Programs
• Develop strategic plans and programmatic improvements
• Build partnerships to enhance community engagement
• Conduct evaluations and prepare reports for organizational growth
• Supervise staff trainings and development opportunities
Requirements:
• 5+ years in leadership within anti-violence or social service
• Degree in sociology, social work, or related disciplines
• Knowledgeable about systemic oppression and survivor issues
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven leadership in managing diverse teams and projects
