Hybrid Stewardship Officer Position

In this full-time, permanent position, you will coordinate donor stewardship plans and manage communications that showcase the impact of contributions. Partnering with the Philanthropy team, you will implement strategies to acknowledge and engage key donor segments effectively. Your efforts will be pivotal in supporting donor satisfaction and fostering a culture of gratitude.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver meaningful donor recognition initiatives
• Coordinate donor acknowledgment letters and emails
• Track and develop personalized stewardship plans
• Craft donor impact updates and reports
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field
• At least 3 years' experience in donor stewardship
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management and organization
• Experience with donor databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge
Enhance donor relations through effective stewardship strategies with St. Paul’s Foundation.
