We invite 3rd or 4th-year post-secondary students to apply for this hybrid position. You will engage in various tasks like updating account documents, managing donations, and liaising with both clients and charities. Starting in September 2026, this 8-month term offers hands-on experience in the philanthropy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare administrative documents ensuring compliance
• Facilitate donation processes and issue receipts
• Maintain effective communication with charities and clients
• Support necessary disbursement activities
• Update existing accounts as per requirements
Requirements:
• Enrollment in a relevant post-secondary degree program
• High attention to detail and client service aptitude
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic work environment
