Key Responsibilities:
• Define and implement operational strategy with the Board
• Represent PMV and foster community relations
• Develop and chair senior operational team meetings
• Enhance workplace culture through team mentoring
• Ensure compliance and maintain fiscal integrity
Requirements:
• 5-10+ years of leadership experience
• Skilled in strategic planning and public speaking
• Familiarity with BC’s project management and nonprofit sectors
• Experience in fundraising and inclusion initiatives
• Strong commitment to organizational mission
