FutureBC Regional Lead, focused on improving youth employment through strategic partnerships and supportive training in the food systems sector.

Your leadership will guide Bridge2

FutureBC’s efforts in addressing youth employment barriers while fostering skills and confidence in participants. This role includes collaborating with employers, driving youth recruitment, and ensuring impactful work experiences. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping future workforce strategies and community engagement across BC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee implementation aligning with community and organizational goals

• Recruit, onboard, and support youth and employers

• Foster youth mentorship and skill development

• Organize impactful and secure work placements

• Ensure compliance and track program impacts

Requirements:

• Experience in community service or youth programming

• Strong networking and relationship management skills

• Understanding of food systems and economic challenges

• Ability to analyze data for program evaluation

• Passion for creating inclusive and supportive environments
