Major Gifts Development Manager

Lead impactful fundraising efforts with UNICEF Canada as a Development Manager in Vancouver, focusing on major gifts. Drive significant revenue to enhance child welfare through strategic donor relationships.

This full-time role requires overseeing a portfolio of major donors, contributing to an annual target of $1.5 million. Cultivate relationships, develop tailored proposals, and work with teams to improve fundraising strategies. Hybrid work model involves in-office presence two days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee relationships with major donors

• Cultivate opportunities with existing and new donors

• Develop customized fundraising proposals

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant field

• Five or more years in fundraising experience

• Proven skills in relationship management and communication

• Experience with donor databases, particularly Raiser's Edge

• Strong strategic decision-making capabilities
