This crucial position requires a dedicated individual with experience in event coordination and administration. You will manage Raiser’s Edge and Luminate, facilitate guest experiences, and ensure budget tracking for fundraising events. Your skills in communication and organization will play a key role in helping our Special Events team flourish in delivering impactful events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Raiser’s Edge and Luminate for events
• Manage participant registration and fundraising pages
• Communicate with stakeholders and event participants
• Support event logistics and volunteer management
• Execute events ensuring smooth operations
Requirements:
• College diploma or degree required
• Minimum one year in events or administration
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge and Luminate
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
