You'll work closely with various units, ensuring integration across development and alumni engagement efforts. This position also includes planning, reporting, and maintaining donor communications essential for maintaining relationships critical to fundraising endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage award development programs and fundraising operations
Collaborate with senior management to maximize support
Oversee donor relations and strategic communications
Develop and implement recognition and stewardship programs
Conduct personal visits for major gift solicitation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related area
Minimum five years in fundraising or development roles
Robust knowledge of philanthropic strategies
Proven leadership and staff management skills
Dedication to enhancing diversity and inclusion efforts
Utilize your fundraising experience and interpersonal skills to enhance UBC's development initiatives for awards.
