This position demands solid experience in social justice and environmental approaches while empowering companies through essential training. You will facilitate workshops and develop proposals that shape environmental impact assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops with private sectors and indigenous communities
Prepare detailed reports on consultations and trainings
Develop proposals for CPLI in environmental assessments
Create policy guidance and best practices documentation
Support advocacy efforts with stakeholders
Requirements:
University degree in International Development or Social Justice
Minimum 2 years of project design and evaluation experience
Understanding of global climate change issues
Solid critical analysis and team collaboration skills
Spanish Level 3-Intermediate proficiency needed
Gain valuable experience in human rights policies and renewable energy initiatives with AHER in Tegucigalpa.
