Major Gifts Fund Development Manager

As a key member of the YWCA Fund Development team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of major gift prospects. Collaborating with 25 dynamic professionals, your responsibilities will include relationship-building, proposal writing, and donor stewardship, aiming to meet the ambitious revenue goals of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with major gift prospects

• Manage portfolio for individual and corporate donors

• Conduct donor stewardship and recognition efforts

• Plan and execute donor events as needed

• Write compelling funding proposals and communication materials

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma or equivalent experience required

• Proven fundraising and strategy development skills

• Excellent communication skills for writing proposals

• Experience with Raiser’s Edge is an asset

• Commitment to IDEA principles and practices
